LE SMASH
Knowledge is knowing that eggplant is a fruit; wisdom is not using it in fruit salad. Would totally make these again! Eggplant burgled my burger with a tzatziki kinda sauce and thick-cut grilled sweet onion to boot. Crispy smashed new potatoes- these will be served en masse at a future holiday, no doubt. Love the subtle pop of their skin when pressing down pour le smash.
