SOME LOVELY TREES

Some lovely trees I snapped last summer while trekking around the Hall of Mosses up in the Olympic National Park. They provide a great little backdrop for this guy of whom I’m not yet acquainted. He’s been displayed as wall art at a bookstore amongst a bevy of well known characters, so I imagine he’s well known as well. Perhaps you know from which he sprang? If so, do tell.
